Although I will do my best to get back to you I may not be able to get to respond to every question or comment I receive. The following suggestions will improve your odds of receiving the help or information you need:

- Please refrain from asking me medically-related questions. I am not in a position to address these. (see my Disclaimer) I do some limited nutritional consultations by phone or Skype. For more information about my consultations, please click here.

- Please keep to just one or two questions tops and please keep it simple. Also, be aware that I may not be able to get to your email right away. Extra long emails or multiple questions are not something I have time to address. I might answer your questions on my blog but will keep your name confidential.

- If you have a longer testimonial or praises you wish to lavish upon me, my podcasts, my website or my books, feel free to go on at length! If your comments are something you wouldn’t mind my sharing please indicate this in your e-mail. I am happy to keep your identity confidential. Please let me know if you would prefer me to use your initials and city/state or if I am able to use your full name. You may also post your testimonials on my blog.

- In my experience, the vast majority of the email questions I receive are already answered at length in either my book, my blog or on one of my podcasts (or all three). I urge you to start there with any basic questions you might have or check out my FAQ page.
