An Unprecidented Opportunity To Spend 5 Days With Me At the Omega Institute!
This upcoming June 3-8, I will be conducting a live workshop at the beautiful Omega Institute in Rhinebeck New York on the subject of ‘Becoming Ketogenic’.
This is my first ever five day workshop, and it will allow me really cover the subject of adopting a state of effective ketosis in depth, while helping each and every person attending get the most out of the uniquely beneficial information provided.
Ketogenic dietary approaches are all the rage nowadays, but it might surprise you to learn that there are many different methods being used and even several different forms of ketosis. Furthermore, by no means are all methods and forms created equal, much less equally safe or effective.
I was literally the very first person within the ancestral health genre (way back in 2009) to publish and talk at length, and in meticulous detail, about the foundational importance of adopting an ancestrally/longevity-based, ketogenic dietary approach. No one within this genre has done more research or covered more painstaking ground on this topic—or connected more critical dots than I have.
My own uniquely effective Primalgenic® approach has been based upon a wide range of research covering ancestral diets, human longevity research, and the science of ketosis while also uniquely taking into account the uniquely toxic and challenging world we live in today, autoimmunity, and planetary health. thanks so much for all your fantastic work and the depth of information you provide. Reading “Primal Body – Primal Mind” was a real wake up call even so I have read the works of Weston A. Price and David Perlmutter prior. I have just ordered “Primal Fat Burner” as well. Would love to make it to your Workshop, but time and distance won’t allow it this time.
After reading your book I took the plunge and cut out all the carbs and sugars form my diet, reduced protein intake, increase healthy fat intake and am eating much more greens. Am 5 weeks into the new lifestyle and feel much more even in my energy throughout the day and lost most of my belly. So far so good, yet at times I feel a bit overwhelmed with the enormity of the change and how to go forward. Also my overall energy is still fairly low and I often feel fatigued. Hence I have a few questions and would be grateful if you could indulge me with an answer.
Do you know / can you recommend any nutritionist / GP in New Zealand (ideally Auckland) to check for mineral deficiencies, food sensitivities and the like? Where would you start to explore whats actually going on in my body ?
I have been looking into some of the Bulletproof stuff from David. What is your take on their coffee and brain octane oil products as a breakfast (sorry if this is too political)? Could you elaborate on your take on coffee and other stimulants?
