CAULIFLOWER RICE

You can use this as a side dish or add it to stir-fry’s as you would rice.  It’s a great substitute!

Ingredients:

  • ½ to one head cauliflower
  • KerryGold (or raw, grass-fed) butter
  • Garlic, salt and/or any desired seasoning
  • Tamari (optional)

Directions:

-Coarsely grate cauliflower in raw state

-Sauté “gratings” in butter with seasonings

-Add tamari (for that “stir-fried flavor”) if desired
