I’ve been juggling balls and spinning plates in preparation for a huge variety of upcoming events! Amidst my many interviews for podcasts and online summits of late, I will be speaking on “What it takes to achieve effective ketogenic adaptation (EKA)” at Paleo f(x), as well as speaking on the ever-popular shamanism panel there alongside Dennis McKenna of the Heffter Research Institute (yeah…pinch me) later this month in Austin, TX. Oh and I’ll be on another Paleo f(x) mastermind panel talking about the Ketogenic Diet. If you can’t make it to the live event in Austin, you can watch it from anywhere in the world that is connected to the internet!
On May 31st, I will be boarding a plane for Burlington, Vermont where I will be speaking at the drop-dead-gorgeous Shelburne Farms for their wonderful annual “Nourishing Vermont” event (I will be kicking off the entire event with my talk Friday morning). Other exciting speakers will include Human Food Project founder and American Gut Project cofounder, Jeff Leach, as well as Dr. Jack Kruse and Nicolas Pineault.
On Sunday morning, June 3rd I will head up to Rhinebeck, New York where I will be teaching a workshop until June 8 on “Becoming Ketogenic” at the beautiful Omega Institute. This type of live, several day long live workshop is a first for me, and it will be an unprecedented opportunity for attendees to really go deep on this topic and get one-on-one personalized attention from me, along with enjoying gourmet quality Primalgenic® meals prepared by the amazing chefs there.
Shortly thereafter, on June 20th, I will be teaching an online seminar to a group of Australian doctors on the subject of brain health. It’s being sponsored by the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society as part of their National Seminar Series.
In mid summer (July 19-21), I will be speaking at the University of Montana in Bozeman at the annual Ancestral Health Society (AHS) Symposium on an entirely new topic I have been intending to speak about for years: “Navigating the Matrix: Facing Modern Realities in the Quest for Ancestral Health”. This one should be a real eye-opener–if not a jaw dropper–and is a subject affecting literally anyone and everyone who cares about their health and health freedom. I have never presented on this topic before, but the unique content will be something the audience is not likely to soon forget!
On October 13-14, I will be teaching an exciting, two day, intensive seminar on the brain and mental health in London. Healthcare providers of all kinds will not want to miss this transformative, paradigm-shifting, in depth information! There will also be some extraordinary surprise guest speakers (to be announced). Note: I will post the event link as soon as the event website has been completed.
All this doesn’t even count a variety of other projects (some to be announced in the near weeks and/or months to come) and private consultation work I have been involved with of late. Let’s just say that it’s been busy. But good! There is definitely more to come. I am also still welcoming anyone who is interested in enrolling in my Primal Restoration® certification program, which supplies highly unique weekly, in-depth information— much of which you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else– on a variety of key, health related issues over 52 weeks. Also included with the program (among other perks) is a weekly, exclusive live Q&A forum for members. It’s EPIC—and those enrolled in the program absolutely love it. You can learn more about it or register here.
So as you can see, I’ve been generally staying out of trouble. 😉
If you are interested in joining me for any of the aforementioned upcoming events, by all means be sure to sign up sooner rather than later. There’s a lot of interest and not much time left! I would absolutely LOVE to see you there and get to meet you in person!
Here’s to restoring our Primal Birthright!
Warmly,
~Nora
PS. Here are a few upcoming online events that I’ll be participating in:
(April 21 – May 11) Pain Treatments That Work 3.0
(May 1-31) It’s Your Time: Turning the midlife crisis into your midlife awakening interview series
“As someone who is not a coffee drinker and loves her morning tea, I have been increasingly concerned about the variety of contaminants currently being found in even “organically grown” teas from certain Asian countries. I am also fairly appalled at the adverse health effects associated with use of conventional and particularly the newer “pillow” style tea bags on the market. Loose leaf teas are obviously a bit less convenient, and are cumbersome to travel with. I am thus far favorably impressed with the quality, taste, exceptional nutrient profile and 3rd party testing (for at least some possible contaminants) with Pique Tea. I believe this company has the potential to revolutionize the consumption of tea in a way that may not be dissimilar to the impact of Bulletproof brand has had on coffee drinking. The convenience of the packets, the quality of the nutrient profile, the testing and the marvelous flavor all make Pique Tea a no-brainer when it comes to making it a number one choice for anyone who 1) loves drinking tea, and 2) cares passionately about their health. I do not make public endorsements lightly, but I must say I am pretty impressed!” ~Nora

Dear Brenton,

I would love to, though! I miss you Aussies!!
