What if I lost my login information?

Help I can’t login!

Make sure you key in the username and password we sent you in an email exactly as given. Extra spaces can cause problems. Download the Primal Restoration Login Issues document to help you with login issues. You can also reset your password by going here. Contact support if you have tried all the above methods. Note: You’ll know you are logged in when you see “Howdy,” and your name at the top right of the website. You can hover your cursor over that area to log out or update your profile.

How do I check the status of my membership?

If you are unsure about your membership status, please click here to go to the customer center or contact support.

How do I navigate around the Primal Restoration membership website?

Hover your cursor over the Primal Restoration tab on the website. Click on the page you want to go to.

Where can I download the worksheets or presentation PDFs?

If available for a particular module, worksheets, charts, notes, links or other documents can be accessed or downloaded directly from the module page underneath the video. 

How long will the course stay available in my account?

The replay videos and downloads are available as long as your subscription is active.

How do I check my payment history?

Make sure you are logged in to the member area and then click here to go to the customer center. 

How do I change my password?

Click here to go to the customer center and change your password.

How do I update my credit card information?

You can go to a secure credit card authorization page to update your payment information.   

I’m not receiving emails from Primal Restoration, what can I do?

You need to make sure you “Whitelist” emails from us. Click here on how to do that.

What is your cancellation policy? 

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can cancel anytime by contacting customer support. Note: If you cancel, you will lose access to the course content and will not receive certification.

What is your refund policy? 

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the course. Contact customer support.
